Return Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee — We cover return shipping

We want you to love your Alizé umbrella. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label (no return shipping cost to you).

How it works

  1. Email hello@alizeumbrella.com with subject “Return – [Order #]” within 30 days.
  2. Include a brief reason and photos of the item/packaging.
  3. We’ll issue an RMA and a prepaid return label.
  4. Pack the product (all parts, accessories, manuals).
  5. Refund is issued 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Conditions

  • Item must be in new or like-new condition with all original parts and packaging.
  • Returns without an RMA may be refused.
  • Shipping damage or missing items should be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • This Satisfaction Guarantee does not limit your 2-year manufacturer’s warranty.

2. Warranty Policy

Coverage: 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from delivery against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use (residential and commercial).

What’s Covered

  • Frame/structure, pole, ribs, stainless hardware, canopy
  • Integrated fan assemblies, controls, power supply (IP67)
  • Electrical components when operated per instructions

Remedy (at our discretion)

We will repair, provide replacement parts, or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit. Replacement does not extend the original warranty period.

What’s Not Covered (examples)

  • Weather/acts of God (e.g., high winds, storms). Always close the umbrella in high winds and when unattended; use a heavy, compatible base.
  • Improper installation, insufficient anchoring/base, misuse, modification, or commercial abuse.
  • Electrical damage from incorrect voltage, power surges, or non-approved accessories.
  • Normal cosmetic wear (scratches, scuffs), fabric staining/discoloration from environmental exposure or chemicals.
  • Labor/installer time and any incidental or consequential damages (unless required by law).

How to File a Warranty Claim

  1. Email hello@alizeumbrella.com with subject “Warranty Claim – [Order #]”.
  2. Include order number, SKU/serial (if available), and a brief issue description.
  3. Attach photos/video of the issue and overall setup (base, mounting, pole, canopy).
  4. We’ll respond within 2–3 business days with next steps (troubleshooting, parts shipment, or replacement).

Shipping & Service

For approved claims in the U.S., we cover the cost of replacement parts and outbound ground shipping. If a product must be returned for inspection/repair, we’ll provide instructions; return shipping and labor are typically customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Safety & Care

  • Use a heavy base, follow the install guide, and close the umbrella during storms or when unattended.
  • Do not modify electrical components; use only supplied/approved power equipment.
